The thing is that I am skeptical about my partner almost all d time. But it's not the fact that I don't believe him. I may be the fact that he behaves exactly the normal way one should do. But I have put some bars previously which has become a major problem. Now when I tell him he feels annoyed and things are not smooth anymore. I have very few friends means very very few whom m attached with but in that case I do not share anything with them. I overthink and things become difficult for both of us to handle. I feel that no person on earth actually understands me. I feel that the things which I do not do y does he do and hurt me. I cry and cry. Many times I have tried to make him understand but failed. More to it he tells something abusive like I also and it becomes difficult to get sorted. It's not the thing that I do it intentionally but m fearful of losing him, losing those around. I have lost many people already and it haunts me like anything.

Dear It seems u feels quite insecure bout it partner. Which may be the projection of your own internal insecurity and low self worth about yourself. In addition to that I want to know wthr these feeling hv really been so overwhelming that you have noticed your mood being more irritable and indifferent and things seeming to be out of control, wthr ur emotions or relationships.

I think that you are depressive and have OCD due to doubt about your partner. This will not solve itself. There are a couple of things you can do before you meet a psychologist 1. Do meditation 2. Ensure your sleep time is atleast 6 hours 3. Talk to one person in a day who you can relate to 4. Do not engage in negative thinking. Easier said than done but negative thinking is like a tiger as soon as you engage with that particular thought a chain reaction will be initiated and more and more negative thoughts will come. As soon as a negative thought comes think of something else. 5. Write 10 things you like about your self daily. 6. Write 5 things you would like to accomplish daily.
