Hello Feeling low and irritated is quite general sometimes for everyone. Take some time out from your daily life schedule, introspect and try to find out the associated factors. Try to look back in your recent past and figure out is there something e.g a person, any incident or any other related thing which is troubling you. If so, try speaking about it to someone you are close to. Talking is very therapeutic and mostly people feel lighter and relaxed after that. To increase your concentration, you may try to pick up small tasks and interesting activities and gradually increase your time doing them before shifting to more complexed activities. Making a time table is usually very helpful in such situations.
Next Steps
Take out some time and exercise everyday, try to indulge in activities of your choice, socialize

Loss of interest, decreased concentration and attention, feeling low and disturbed sleep or appetite are some of the signs of depression. Consult a psychiatrist who will assess you in detail. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless, seek professional help immediately. Try some relaxation techniques like yoga, meditation and deep breathing. Indulge in hobbies. Spend time with people close to you.
