I was in depression since 10 years. I knew this problem around a year when I read a article about depression in newspaper than I realized that I am in depression. In that situation I was hated myself, feeling sad, I didn't like roaming, talking, study, laugh. I went out of the depression six months before individually I never consult any psychologist Now I got my confidence back But I am facing some problems like I don't like chilling out with my friends I can't focus on study I don't like eating, watching movies tv Can't remember many things I like to live alone But I am happy with this I don't feel bad and sadness, I am fully confident I laugh properly I talk to everyone Please tell me Am I in Depression or okay Or I need to consult a psychologist

You came out of depression on your own without medication and counseling means it was mild. If you are having any trouble right now talk about it share your concerns and learn how to overcome it. Consult with me or any psychologist for therapy and counseling All the best
