I was in depression since 10 years. I knew this problem around a year when I read a article about depression in newspaper than I realized that I am in depression. In that situation I was hated myself, feeling sad, I didn't like roaming, talking, study, laugh. I went out of the depression six months before individually
I never consult any psychologist
Now I got my confidence back
But I am facing some problems like
I don't like chilling out with my friends
I can't focus on study
I don't like eating, watching movies tv
Can't remember many things
I like to live alone
But I am happy with this
I don't feel bad and sadness, I am fully confident I laugh properly
I talk to everyone
Please tell me
Am I in Depression or okay
Or I need to consult a psychologist
