Depression patient , currently disturbed
Depression patient from last 3 years. on medication from a Pyschiatrics . On anti depressants. I don't like Sleeping pills.
I once took Sleeping pills 6 years back on another Psychiatrist consultation. with much difficulty gave up sleeping pills.
From last 3 years NO SLEEPING pills. I was going good.

Every anti depressant treatment have side effects and sleeping pills also are not good in any way
You should try honoeopathic treatment which would help you get better without any side effects and you would be fine soon
