  4. Depression on head. This be fracture?

Depression on head
There is a depression of C shape(curve) at the bottom of head.almost half inch deep.No cut/bleed. Can this be fracture?

You have not mentioned the history as to how you got the C shaped depression - was there an injury to be precise or if it is present since birth. If there is an injury/ trauma to the head, there is a possibility of having a fracture without external injury.
