I m suffering from depression from a very long time but realized it recently. It is affecting negatively my personally and professional life ...i m not able to do my regular works properly...requires help

Hello well sir it's better that a medical personnel recognises your condition as we need to see the symptoms and also duration from which you are suffering...I would suggest you to consult a psychiatrist first and take one counselling..Before taht you can talk to any of your peer, best friend or family...Thank you
