Iam suffering from depression,I hav consulted psychiatrist Doctor Suggests 4 months treatment..Now I hav stopped taking medicines...Under treatment i feel very good..Now I feel bad bcos Its agai n came back...feeling so lazy... cant Sit anywhere wit Relax..pls help me wat to do?

Medications should not be stopped immediately. Your symptoms can relapse once you stop the medications all of a sudden. It is advisable to consult your psychiatrist again for discussing the need for restarting the medications.

Hello..At times it has been observed that these mental health ailments comes back and forth inspite of taking medications.It is important to know the root cause to solve these concerns permanently.Have you consulted a Counselor for a detailed intervention? Laziness,low mood are an early signs and symptoms of Depression..Please do not ignore them and seek a professional help .Good luck and Take Care

Hi please consult a Psychiatrist. You may need to continue treatment. Guidelines say that one needs to continue treatment for depression for atleast 6 months after recovery. Individual needs may be different.
