Hi, it looks like you are very sensitive. Some people will be like this. Do regular exercises, take healthy grean leafy vegetable diet. Read some good inspirational books by great personalities like vivekananda, mahatma gandhi, abrahm lincoln etc. Hear some inspirational speeches. Consult psychiatrist for counselling.
