Depression
I was diagnosed with reactive depression about 1.5 years ago. I believe this started about 3 years ago. I took Nexito plus for 6 months and Nexito 5 for the next 6 months. Currently stopped medication since the past three months. Once in every 4-5 days my mood becomes very low (no energy to do anything). This period of sadness lasts for 4-5 days. This affects my social life and academics. I am not able to enjoy my life and i constantly feel under a heavy amount of stress. I was told this would stop but it has not. I don't know what to do.
