I am able to understand ur difficulties. Residual depressive symptoms can affect the functioning of a person. Not knowing how to cope with stress can lead to such difficulties. Depression makes a person sensitive and irritable to things which they were able to tolerate before and lead to interpersonal problems. V would need to know few more details like ur sleep, hunger, energy levels, interest etc to give appropriate suggestions. Depression reduces the concentration, motivation and interest in a person. Dont feel bad, it's not ur fault. It usually occurs because of chemical or hormonal changes in the brain. Ur problems can easily be treated with counselling and if needed medications. Don't let ur problems affect ur personal or family life. U can also consult me online directly through the practo chat option. Best wishes for speedy recovery!!
