I have been in depression since 3-4 months. There are multiple reasons for my depression. So please i will be very thankful to you if i will get your help.
now days i m getting thought of suicide too.

At the mild level ,physical exercise ,behaviour therapy and cognitive therapy that is changing your thought processes towards positivity would help.Since you are going through the thoughts of suicide ,meeting up with a psychiatrist and started on medications and psychotherapeutic sessions would certainly be helpful.
