Often we see everything as negative and dark around us when we are depressed. Then thoughts such as noone loves me, i am worthless, i am a burden ..tend to come. It is likely that if your thinking is analysed, it will be evident that thoughts such as " i am always wrong" are exaggerations ( which are called cognitive distortions). Please see  a psychiatrist who will diagnose and treat accordingly and send you to a psychologist for cognitive behavioural therapy.

Loss of interest, decreased concentration and attention, feeling low and disturbed sleep or appetite are some of the signs of depression. Consult a psychiatrist who will assess you in detail. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless, seek professional help immediately. Try some relaxation techniques like yoga, meditation and deep breathing. Indulge in hobbies. Spend time with people close to you.
