I think you can consult a G.P. first . Because I think you are underweight for your age. That could also be a reason for your low energy. Also, boost your oxygen  by involving in regular walk and exercises, which would both increase energy levels,  also your appetite might also get improved. That could probably , make you feel good about yourself and enthusiastic.

Migraines are typically triggered by stress. Take medication for migraine as prescribed. If you are feeling hopeless or suicidal consult a psychiatrist immediately.

Hello, kindly consult a psychiatrist for evaluation of any contributing medical illness like hypothyroidism, anemia, vitamin deficiencies etc. Some migraine medication may also cause sedation and lethargy , so kindly discuss this with your doctor. Lastly, if all is fine, you will require a comprehensive assessment for a depressive episode and a supervised treatment plan will help you recover quickly.
