Hi Dear, Your symptoms is not related to any psychic issues, but more towards your body and Physiological condition.. Let me explain through my Ayurveda approach. Suppose if your body is cold type by birth, you will experience discomfort during cold weather. You will enjoy any warm condition. Obviously in winter there will be more cold and it will aggravate wind /cold energy in your body and make you low energy and Sick. In Ayurveda, we call this as Aggravation of Vata ( Wind Energy). You can overcome this with few simple lifestyle changes i.e you need counter this by increase more heat in body either through diet, exercise, oils, Yoga and few supplements. The solutions will differ for every individual, based on their body constitution ( ration of five elements) and its current unbalanced situation. So don't worry and don’t get depressed on this problem, you can over come easily.
Next Steps
I need more details about body constitution to evulate further and recommend natural remedies through Ayurveda.
Health Tips
In the meantime, you can adopt follow dietary changes. Have more warm & cooked food. Avoid dry, light, cold food as they will increase Vata. Have Spciy food that will increase heat in your body. Also practice weekly oil bath with Sesame oil which will help to improve heat and remove dryness of skins.

Feeling low, having crying spells, sleep and appetite disturbances, and difficulty in concentration and attention are some of the signs of Depression. Consult a Psychiatrist for a detailed assessment. It is likely with medication and counseling the symptoms will improve. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless consult a Psychiatrist immediately.
