Depression
I am suffering from long term depression since almost 6 years. This has also lead me to hyper-thyroid. I haven't taken any medicines to beat depression all these years. Instead I did yoga, take a walk, do bhajans everyday. I am fed up of things. I feel I seriously need a treatment. I want to get rid of suicidal thoughts too.

Considering your depression is long-termed, considering that you have developed a hyper-thyroid condition, I would like to urge you to go to a specialist and start some medication for your thyroid soon. You may also need to get a psychiatric evaluation done. If required you may need medication to bring your depression under control. Then you can safely start with psychotherapy or counseling. Mean while was there any thing that happened that led to this depression 6 years ago? Are there any thoughts that particularly trigger it? Should you wish to consult me further on this you may do so through the chat option given here or through Skype. My Skype address is= jimmody.
