Depression
I am so depressed. Disappointed in myself that i could not meet the expectations of my manager. Got told by my manager that she cannot baby sit me anymore. Working at home post office hours, but still could not complete them. I am a new joinee, but already feel like quitting. I don't want my poor performance would impact the team. My head feels very heavy. I have problem concentrating and remembering things. Simple things for others is very complicated for me. Feeling worthless.

Hello dear Dissatisfaction from self and the criticism at the work work place could be leading to depression. As you have mentioned that you have recently joined the job, you might be facing difficulty in adjusting to the demands of the job. Try talking to the manager and take help from colleagues to understand the work better and learn from them. Try to stay calm by meditating and discussing the problems with the someone close. Try consulting a clinical psychologist either online or meet in person for better management of the symptoms.

Hello Friend, Thanks for briefing your concern in this forum. This is quite common problem faced by new joineee to adopt to the any new  actual work culture or professional world. You are getting into the work politics!!. Don't give up job because of this. It's a challenge in front of you, but you make use of it as an opportunity to learn and prove yourself. You will face similar suitation even in you next job, it's part and parcel of any work culture.  Solution is learning the trick to handle it effectively.
