I am not able to concentrate. I lack the focus in everything i do. I am not liking to meet people off late. I used to be the topper in my class and now i am not able to study a single line.

Welcome to practo. As I can understand, you are having difficulty with concentration, low energy levels these are indicative of depressive condition. If there are other symptoms present such as irritability, not able to get good sleep, general anxiety, excessive worrying then you re probably having depression. The good part is,  that it can be cured.  However you will need to consult a psychiatrist in person. Regards Dr Pankaj Borade
