Depression
I am Bharath. A Singapore PR and working in Singapore for past 10yrs and I am looking for psychiatric for my Wife.
She has been suffering from depression since 2010 after starting her first job in India (Chennai) and she was suffered from postpartum psychosis after giving birth to baby in Singapore NUH hospital on March 2015. She has been under medication for almost 2.5 yrs. But until now she keep on going to depression state and i can't able to take care of her. I am not sure why depression attacks during in medication too. She Start to cry for small things. She often lies in bed and thinking of future and started to worry a lot. She struggling to take care baby also.
Please advice how to solve this issue permanently.

I know t can be tough understand whats going on with your wife But , you seem to be taking good care of her. Was she in therapy while takings meds?
