Hello I m sanjivni of 21 years old from Madhya Pradesh.. I used to feel very lonely although I live in a joint family... because of some not ok types realtionships with my family members..I never used to talk to my family members ..and to compensate that loneliness I used to imagine certain things and put myself into it and feels happy.... In my imaginary world I m extremely successful, beautiful and a fun loving person who always used to spread happiness all around ...but in real life .. i m not so I don't love myself.. Being the part of imaginary world makes me feel happy than the real situation i m in ...and that's how the total time of my day get wasted with no efforts for my career ... ( Real world) In real world ..I extremely feel down, low self esteem , low confidence , a fat person who always wants to look good and if ever tries something new to look good...the people around me makes me feel down ... Everytime whatever the decision i take in my life makes feel quite regret abo

Hello Sanjeevani I am impressed with your courage. It takes a lot to come out with your personal issues on social media with your name. As you have understood so far you live in fantasy. It is a proven defense used to escape realitiy.It enhances creativity. Still now you are out of your teenage. So it's not appropriate at adult age. It seems you are judging yourself harshly. You hv used lots of superlatives and in a negative shade.
Next Steps
You need to change your self talk.All the attributes in your real life are by someone else 's standards,maybe parents. All the attributes in your fantasy are waaay above the ceilings. This gap makes you  so wary that you don't undertake anything. Even if you do it comes with fear of failure. Thus you further shy away from real world.
Health Tips
write a  plan with 1 month , 1 year and 3 yrs  goals. Stick to normal expectations. eg. If you are fat by obesity standards  then 10% weight loss in 3 months  and  likewise. Put yourself to a routine. keep one day a week for cheating on schedule 😁.Start retraining your mind by writing All those sentences you described yourself in by removing negative with positive. Written them everyday. If you feel overwhelmed take help of a  psychiatrist.

Feeling low, having crying spells, sleep and appetite disturbances, and difficulty in concentration and attention are some of the signs of Depression. Consult a Psychiatrist for a detailed assessment. It is likely with medication and counselings the symptoms will improve. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless consult a Psychiatrist immediately.
