Hi! Good to know you are taking active steps to improve your mental health by researching about the same. However this could sometimes be unhelpful as it may lead to self diagnosis of conditions that might not be there. Some of the symptoms you have mentioned above are of depression however they are not enough for a diagnosis. Hypothyroidism can sometimes lead to low moods as well. You would need to meet a psychologist how will be able to assess if there is a clinical depression and refer you out to a  psychiatrist for medication if required. Psychologist will also be able to help you with the right coping techniques to manage your symptoms

Exercising daily and eating healthy food will help
