Hello, The symptoms mentioned by you here are suggestive of a long standing history of depression. However you have not asked any clear question or query here. I may presume that he is on a regular treatment and follow up with a psychiatrist. However if that is not the case please ensure that you consult a psychiatrist near you for long term care and treatment.. Depression can be quite a taxing disorder for person as well as caregivers, hence please keep your morale up and keep supporting your father towards best of mental health..
