Feeling low, having crying spells, sleep and appetite disturbances, and difficulty in concentration and attention are some of the signs of Depression. Consult a Psychiatrist for a detailed assessment. It is likely with medication and counseling the symptoms will improve. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless consult a Psychiatrist immediately.

Hi Mam Thanks for seeking help. Definitely you are very upset .... Something is bothering you but you don't know how to get rid of this. If  You are not ready to accept what's going on.... Just you need to relax and calm down...but you don't know how .....talk to someone whom you like to share... Take some deep breaths.... Hit the pillow as hard as you can & till you feel better...... This all are some way of taking out anger ..... Start some yoga session and join gym...... Go to market spend on yourself...... If this all are not helping you out....then it's time Mam for a professional help... If mood swings are persistent then you need a mood stabilizer. Let's talk ... For the best management plans... Hi. It must be hard to cope up with such extreme emotions. What has been bothering you of late? Tell me more about your negative thoughts. It can be sign of depression but need to enquire more.
