ew lessons which I would like to share with you all are:- Talk to someone about what you feel, don’t keep it to yourself. Because when you share your heart out with someone who loves you, He/she could help you to get out from depression. In my case, it was my husband and “Maa”. If you keep your feelings inside you, you might take wrong decision and it may cost your life and lives of the people who loves you. Depression is a feeling where you feel as if you are drowning into a sea , no matter how hard you try to get out of it , it always win. So if you see anyone in depression, try to help them because he/she might not be able to see what depression is doing to them, so we have to be there to help them. Like in my case, I was not aware that I was under depression , it was my husband who saw me like that and then at last took me to a doctor even when I denied multiple times but he did not listen to me and took initiative. When a person suffers from depression , his/her family also suffers and Yes I realized this too that I mean everything to my family ( My Husband, My Mother, My Father, My Brother, My MIL) because I have seen them suffering with me too. I realized that they all love me a lot and are with me in any kind of situation. I learnt that life is so beautiful, even if I am living only for next 5 years I will live it to fullest. Till now I was doing things to please people around me and to keep them happy by doing the things which they want me to do. I was always in a feeling that what if I do anything then how my parents or Family or Friends or Husband will think.
Next Steps
Always keep yourself busy, not in the sense working but to engage with some usefull stuffs or may be your's favourite things, for example preplan every minutes in a day and try to go with it. Avoid being alone where ever you travell and accompany someone with you as much as possible because being alone will drive you to think unnecessary things which leads to depression. Have crush over anybody as you see them think about them intracting with them reduces your stress and depression which is scientifically proven but without expectations, i repeat again without expectations. The first and foremost thing is avoid virtual world that is using social medias, i know this would be very difficult for today's scenario but atleast try, if not no problem just divert your mind towards quora like kind of those things. Start to exercise regularly, that plays a major role in reducing depression, as automatically you get sweat out, you feel relaxed which further leads to repairing your mental depression. Listen to songs daily it will reduce your mental pressure and make you feel better about things that make you feel pressured. Share your thoughts , feelings and day to day happenings with your parents, your wives or your loved one without shy and hesitations, because they understand us better than anyone as they too come crossed this kinda things in their lives, it leads to increasing bonds between you and them so that you can be easily recovered. Start to adopt pet animals if it is possible, they love you in return no matter who you are how you are. Try to intract with younger people with an age below 10 years, infants and babies. Try to have fun with them they will recover you from depression without even knowing to themselves. If you are in the urge to shead tears no problem pour it out don't control or withheld them… just burstout. You will feel better after that. Start to do yoga, meditation take a small walk in the evening no matter how busy you are, it will increase your work efficiency. Hugs are the best therapy for depression, hug your loved one often no matter its your parents, sibbllings, lover, wife, grandparents, friends, and your off springs. Start reading books its the best way in many ways, “ one good book is equal to 10 friends” you can get anything from books you need. Spent your time with your friends in goodways because “ one good friend is equal to encyclopaedia”. Food plays a important role in enhancing a biological cyle in humans as scientifically, psychological, and physically, love your food what you have to consume or consume foods you love. Gaining confidence has impacts in diminishing depression,it can be achieved through personality developments for example: hit the gym and shape your body in your free time and develop your skills and knowledge in your loved work. Don't think about earning money, do a work you love, if you really have interest in doing any work do it, if not then just change your path, wealth will knock your door. Fix your goal and move forward and work for it try to become expert in your field of work and have a confidence that you are superior to all in your field, this can be achieved only by means of intrest not by hardwork. Stick to unplanned trips, events, surprises, and enjoyments as if it is possible in your ways. Sleeping is god's gift to humans. Last but not least, dont make expectations over anything or anybody and also don't give space for expectations over you to anybody.
