Depression and fatigue
I have had continous anxiety from past three to four years alongwith fatigue.It was manageable and not too overpowering. But last August I had a panic attack and then in turn developed derealisation and depression. Upon consultation and tests, my Vitamin D level turned out to be low. (10.9 OH). Is it serious? Need help

Hi. Since assessment of Vitamin D is not directly justifiable and be concluded. In either case you need to have one endocrinology consultation. In majority if cases the endocrine and psychiatry symptoms are inter related. Please visit both of them in liason to have better outcome.
