You appear to be under a lot of stress and your system is not coping up with it well. Hence these stress reactions ( mood fluctuations, sleep issues, irregular menstrual cycles, acne). Prolonged stress can lead to clinical depression and anxiety.
Next Steps
Consult a psychiatrist for detailed evaluation and how to manage
Health Tips
A good starting point can be stress reduction techniques- having a sleep schedule, regular exercise, nutritious diet, good social circle are few things you can start doing at your individual level. however most probably these steps will not be sufficient for complete resolution of your current issues and is not a replacement to an expert ( psychiatrist) treatment.

Hi, Happiness is a state of mind. We are not perfect beings, hence trying to becoming perfect or forcing ourselves too much can lead to too unrealistic expectations and stressful situations. Hence we should begin with accepting our limitations, thus leading to relax mind and platform to overcome our limitations. Decreased happiness, being lonely and perceiving self and all activities negatively can harm you. Don't stay in this state long duration, try to take help from a mental health professional especially the Psychiatrist who is also good in counselling skills and can impart positive psychology to you Stop being too critical on you Accept your limitations and work on it Think all the positive things that you have done in your life and recognise your strengths and work on it.
