Loss of interest, decreased concentration and attention, feeling low and disturbed sleep or appetite are some of the signs of depression. Consult a psychiatrist who will assess you in detail. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless, seek professional help immediately

Talk to experienced psychiatrist online and get your health questions answered in just 5 minutes.
I am able to understand your situation. If you feel you are depressed, you could visit a nearby psychiatrist for help. More clarity is needed regarding your actual problem like how long has it been there, is there any reason behind etc. I would be more than happy to help you with that. Some counselling and if needed medical help might be useful for you.
