Am facing depersonalization for past 6 months. I don't know how to come out of it . I can't realize anything and it is disturbing my life a lot. I don't want to treat this with medication. So I don't know to whom to consult it . Should I consult with psychiatrist or psychotherapist? Can someone help me with this please.

Psychiatrist is a good psychotherapist also. So they can manage both part ( medication and psychotherapy) with or without the assistance of a clinical psychologist.
