Depersonalization/ Derealization
I've been suffering from depersonalization disorder for 2 years after a massive panic attack. Never faced any panic attacks after that but foggy vision,feeling unreal and detachment from body and some other symptoms are there. I've been to 2 psychiatrist and taken SSRIs for almost a year but not improvement at all. This is ruining my life ,I need a proper treatment from which I will able to live my life like before please help me if there is any good treatment available.

Hi, depersonalisation is a perceptual disorder, usually seen in association with depression or anxiety. That's why you were given SSRIs. If that's not giving you the results, either we can switch to SNRIs, another group of antidepressants or small dose antipsychotic as addon treatment, depending on symptom profile.
