Replacement of teeth at your age is definitely a concern. So if implant is an option given, you can definetly consider it. But most surgical procedures are best avoided during the first trimester.

The implant procedure or for that matter most dental work is elective in nature, which means there is no emergency and pregnancy isn't the most appropriate time to get it done. Think in addition, the raging hormones that sustain and help the baby grow in womb cant interfere with outcome of implants and the variousmedicines-painkillers, antibiotics ,antiacidity, short duration steroid cover which shouldnt be prescribed during pregnancy ever. Implants can wait till thr right time. Hope it helps
