Dental treatment during periods
I have a Root Canal Treatment scheduled in a few days. My menstrual cycle is also supposed to start at the exact same time. Does my cycle effect the pain levels or the level of discomfort during my RCT? Is it preferable to postpone it after my periods (since the RCT is not happening in any emergency situation)?

Hi user... Not at all..root canal treatment will not cause more pain to you compaired to tooth extraction.. you are  prescribed with antibiotics after root canal procedures. As root canal treatment is little lengthy, you have to sit for at least half an hour so you may feel some kind of discomfort..If you are a person who takes rest during periods, please avoid the 1st 2 days of periods and proceed with the 3 Rd day...
