hello,
you need to visit a dentist and get it checked. if required, get an x-ray done. if there is a cavity you need to get it filled. For sensitive teeth you can use any good sensitive toothpaste available in the market.

Hi dear in case the sensitivity is due to cavitation it is highly advised to get the decayed portion removed and tooth properly filled . In case u leave it ,it's prone to become infected thus might need root canal after sometime.Dont delay your treatment.

You can try desensitising pastes like Colgate pro-relief,sensodyne rapid relief for mean while.

Hi there, sensitivity can occur due to or without cavities(tooth decay) if it is due to cavities then no amount of sensitivity toothpaste can help, please tend to the cavities by visiting to a dentist so as to stop them from growing and deepening.
And find a definite reason for your dental sensitivity.

Dental sensitivity can be due to many factors. What would be recommended is to use a desensitising paste such as Sensodent KF or Shy NM. Place a small amount of paste onto the sensitive surface of the tooth and let it stay for 2 minutes.
However if the sensitivity is related to a cavity, then the treatment would be to get it filled right away. The earlier the cavity is detected.. The easier is the treatment..please do not wait for symptoms to develop. Good luck.
