Hello, First visit a dentist and get an x ray done for the tooth that is paining. Rinse mouth with salt water and turmeric mixture twice a day. Give her painkiller that is available at your place. The tooth must be infected and needs to be treated soon as possible. The dentist will show you in x ray. He will then decide best treatment plan possible. Regards

Visit a dentist. Maybe she needs a root canal and scaling too. Start up antibiotics and painkillers to avoid it becoming worse. Salt water won't keep helping.
