Hello, I would like to tell you that, in most of Dental problems, medicines are just supportive measure, Never rely only on medicines, Treatments are providing the final long term result.
Hole in the tooth & pain shows that the tooth may be decayed or broke n pulp in affected. You should consult a nearby Dentist soon. He will take an Xray of tooth. According to that, you may have to get the root canal treatment of that tooth. Then tooth can be restored with materials having similar properties like tooth or he may advice you to have crown on tooth as per requirements.
Medicines alone do not solve this problem. You know that there is a hole, and there are no medicines that can restore that hole. So visit dentist soon.

Hello practo user, your CBC shows mild thrombocytopenia that means your platelet is low,a clinical correlation is required ,since platelets help in clotting of blood,my advice for you is no extraction ,hole in teeth can be treated by root canal treatment or restoration as required.
