Hi,your wisdom tooth is totally impacted that means inside the jawbone that is covered with gum is also heavily infected. It so happens as it is the most back tooth of the mouth where the food accumulates and it is difficult to clean that area.Avoid chewing from this side, take antibiotics like Clavam 625 mg twice daily along with metrogyl 400 mg twice daily, and rinse with warm saline water.

U have quoted the tooth number wrongly. That's the reason you should never interpret the doctors findings. U should mention your symptoms and related Tooth or soft tissue problems. I can see from your picture that your wisdom tooth is partially erupted with a small flap of tissue covering over it. It is a condition called as pericoronitis.
Next Steps
Visit a dentist and get an xray done and further management planned accordingly.
