Hi mam....     It is not clear that the last tooth is wisdom tooth(3rd molar)  or the 2 nd  molar teeth... If it is 3 rd molar(wisdom teeth) you can go for extraction If it is 2 nd molar you have to go for Root canal treatment followed by capping of the root canala treated teeth... As the pain in the teeth indicates the cavity reaches nerve layer(pulp) ,Anyway x_ray(IOPA) should be done to confirm the extent of the cavity... For pain relef Tab .Flexon 1_1_1 x 3 days                        Tab Rantac 150 mg 1_1_1 x 3 days                         Tab Flagyl 400mg 1_1_1 × 3 days                          Cap.Novaclax LB 1_0_1× 3 days
Next Steps
kindly visit nearby dentist for furthur consultation and management

Hi if you are taking about your wisdom teeth then yes it’s better to get the tooth removed. U can start a course of antibiotics like novamox LB 500 mg thrice daily for 5 days and take hifenac p which is a pain killer only when u have pain. All medications to be taken 20 mins after food

Hi....You need to visit a dentist to determine which tooth is involved. If it is wisdom tooth then you need to get it removed. If it is another tooth then an x ray has to be taken to check if the tooth can be saved.Avoid self medication.

It most likely seems to be your wisdom tooth which is involved. But you need to visit a dentist to be sure. Also a dental check up will allow the dentist to give you a appropriate prescription & treatment according to your problem. No prescription can be given on phone or msg without physically checking you.
Next Steps
visit a dentist.
