Teeth sensitivity may be due to excessive brushing and if it is dull pain it can be due to erupting 3rd molar or decay etc.Kindly visit nearby dentist so that clinical aswell radiographic examination can be done at early stage.

You need to get an OPG (X-ray of whole jaw)done . There is a good chance of wisdom tooth trying to come out and in the process creating pressure on the gums and roots of the teeth . You want to grind teeth is a way that must be alleviating your pain . But you need to visit a competent dentist buddy as opinions vary and change after examination . All the best

Hi, excessive force due to grinding leads to wearing of tooth surface, sometimes it leads to loss of cementum in roots also. Till now your pain is tolerable but it might aggravate in later stages also it can radiate in your jaw muscles.
Kindly consult your nearby dentist for correct diagnosis and treatment.
Its good that you are vigilant regarding your dental health at such a young age. Keep it up.
All the best. Regards

The toothache and sensitivity are all related to your teeth grinding habbit. The teeth grinding can be treated with a night wearing appliance to stop damaging the teeth. Consult your dentist, get the condition diagnosed and get teeth treated. Untreated may lead to further teeth damage and severe pain sometimes resulting into joint pain. Regards, Dr Priyanka sehgal
