Follow correct brushing techniques which reaches all surfaces of teeth. To be thoroughly cleaned. Followed by brushing take a clean and soft cotton cloth and wipe off all the surfaces of every  tooth with moderate manual pressure. Do it after every meal if possible. Use dental floss regularly. Mouthwash: ORAHEX PRO. USE once in every 2 days, after meal. take 2-3 ml directly in mouth, hold for 3-5 mins and spit out. Do not eat drink or rinse mouth for next half an hour.
