Hi, sir or ma’am, please start taking kreosote 30 - thrice a day and merc sol 200 - twice a day.
Also plantago Q + calendula Q + arnica Q + hypericum Q - mix all the tinctures in 100 ml and you have to put 8 drops in some water and rinse twice a day. After 7 days lt me know.
