Hi, From the x-ray shared, the tooth seems to be damaged under the bridge. The situation of the tooth can be known only after the removal of the bridge. There is no problem in travelling as the medication has started taking effect. Once she goes back to her home town, it is advisable she meets her dentist, gets the bridge removed and get a complete clinical evaluation and treatment.

Continue with the medication as advised by your doctor. Once she is at home city, there she can visit  a local dentist for physical evaluation and treatment (as required).
