Given her age treatment would depend on severity, you can try with lazer bleaching if feasible, if not porcelain laminate veneers would be a better option.

Dental fluorosis occurs by ingesting too much of fluoride( mainly drinking water) while teeth are developing.dental fluorosis range from white flecks to severe deep brown discoloration.treatment option depends on severity of fluorosis 1. Procelain laminate veneers( most esthetic treatment option) 2. Enamel microabrasion ( less invasive..can b done only in less severe cases) 3. Direct composite veneer (removing stain by grinding...n filling with composite ) 4. A dental crown ( severe brown discoloration n mottling)

The treatment for dental fluorosis is aimed at camouflage treatment to cover those discolored patches because they cannot be removed...... the various treatment options can be advised to you after a proper clinical examination by a dentist....... the treatment options can range from bleaching in mild cases to Zirconia or e-max crowns as the best final resort...... Regards.....
