I'm 23 years old . 4.5 years ago , i had one molar tooth extracted due irreversible decay and did'nt had it replaced . Will it cause the adjoining teeth to fall ?

Yes if the tooth is not replaced the adjacent tooth will become weak and the bone will reduce and the face height will shrink.

It will cause drifting pf adjoining teeth. This will definitely deteriorate their health too. Its better to get it replaced.
