Hello visit a dentist and get it checked. Get an xray done. pain and smell could be due to infection to the root of tooth, you need to get it treated. Then get a crown placed over it.

Since when have been diagnosed with abdominal TB and duration of medication of the same is not mentioned. Go to a medical hospital where there is a dental unit. Do carry all your medical reports.
