Surprised that the crowns broke in just 2 years of service . Good crowns should last at least 12 to 15 years . Anyways what you should do is cut the crowns with an experienced dentist and remove them easily . Then recheck the possition of the root canal treatment and repeat the crowns ..
There are very less chances of failure of crown within 2 years of root canal and crown.. crown can be removed using specialised burs for cutting crown. I would suggest you to get an x ray done to check tooth strength and proceed with treatment with some experienced Doctor
Next Steps
Visit a good experienced dentist with fully equipped clinic

Crown fracture usually doesn't happen in 2 years. But at the same time it depends on many factors and varies from case to case. There r cases which had happened, but rare.
You can cut the crown and get it removed by a dentist and then take x-ray,before taking call on further treatment.
