Your child has dengue. It is advisable to give plenty of fluids. Give paracetamol for fever. Platelet count of your child is normal. But constant monitoring of CBC is required. Infantile dengue requires admission in hospital for close monitoring.
Give plenty of liquids and water
Platlets still good also total count and hematocrit
Only Paracetamol for fever and sponging
ORS
Z & d drops 1 ml twice a day for 14 days
Enterogermina respule 1 respule twice a day for 4 days
Alternate day CBC
Monitor urine output
Show to Pediatrician if temperature not responding
