Dengue NS1 + while igg - / Typhoid IGG +
My 7 year daughter has Dengue Igg/Igm reported as negative while her NS1 Ag test for dengue has come positive. Also her typhi dot test igm has come as positive. Her platelete count is 2.13. Is it indication of typhoid or dengue? What all precautions needed and what is the medication (typhoid or dengue)? Please suggest ASAP?

It suggest more of recent dengue fever infection and u need to follow up closely with your doctor . Typhoid test results are sometimes falsely positive so they can be overlooked if symptoms and clinically patient does not seems like .
