Take papaya extrct and medications are available but i need to see the platelets levels. Consult privately and send reports. Drink plenty of fluids , can eat fruits and milk no worries

U can take fruits but avoid milk and all as digesting power is reduced in dengue. Its a myth that platelets increases with it instead it will worsen ur condition. Platelets will increase in their own when the body will stoo destroying them and it may take 3 to 4 days. Keep checking the olatelets count and drink olenty of water
