  4. Dengue infection. Please suggest.

Dengue infection
I am I am suffering from dengue.. on that day my platelets was 180000 then next to next day 140000 then next day 110,000 . Currently I have itching in body and no fever. I am taking regular consultations from doctor but he is saying no need to worried just drink lot of water. I am worried about my platelets. Please suggest.
