Dengue fever for my toddler 2.5yrs
My daughter is suffering form dengue fever from past 3days her platlate count is 2.3lakhs but temperature is on and off. Doctor had give paracetamol IV but it's of no use for sometime it's shows 99 degree some times 103 degree.. how to handle this
