Dengue fever
Dengue fever is now reduced but why iam feeling so much of dizziness or tiredness ? Is that common after fever ?

Dengue will be in 3 phases 1. Fever will be there for initial 3-4 days, and then fever will subside. 2. Complicated phase--  complications will happen in next  4 days like bleeding, low BP etc. 3. Resolving phase--- disease subsides. U should be careful in complicated phase. Cautious use of fluids.

Yes it's common. It's because of dehydration. Drink plenty of water with ORS ( mix one packet in 1 little of water and drink atleast 3 packets per day)and glucose powder ( any flavour of your choice). Have a healthy diet: green leafy vegetables and fruits.... protein rice foods..... balanced diet.
