Dengue fever, 102-103F continued Having paracetamol every 5 hrs as prescribed, no reduction, 3rd day. Requesting Suggestions for control

It takes some time for the fever to come down.Take paracetamol as prescribed and drink 3-4 litres of water everyday. Keep checking your platelet count regularly and if there is drastic fall in the count then immediately contact your doctor again for further advise.
